116 منظمة إغاثية تطلق نداءً عاجلاً لإنقاذ اليمن من كارثة إنسانية وشيكة

أطلقت 116 منظمة إغاثية أممية و دولية ومحلية نداءً إنسانيًا مشتركًا، دعت فيه المجتمع الدولي إلى التحرك العاجل للحيلولة دون تفاقم الكارثة الإنسانية المتصاعدة في اليمن، في ظل تراجع التمويل وتزايد الاحتياجات على نطاق واسع.

وقالت المنظمات في بيان مشترك تلقى “الأنباء أونلاين” نسخة منه، إن اليمن يواجه في عام 2025 أحد أصعب الأعوام منذ اندلاع النزاع، نتيجة استمرار الصراع والانهيار الاقتصادي والصدمات المناخية، وهو ما أدى إلى تصاعد غير مسبوق في مستويات الاحتياج الإنساني في مختلف أنحاء البلاد.

وأشارت إلى أن خطة الاستجابة الإنسانية لهذا العام لم تتلقَ سوى أقل من 10٪ من التمويل المطلوب، بعد مرور ما يقرب من خمسة أشهر على بداية العام، ما يُهدد بتوقف العديد من البرامج والخدمات الحيوية التي يستفيد منها ملايين المدنيين، بينهم النساء والأطفال والنازحون والمجتمعات الهشة والمهمشة.

وأكدت المنظمات أن وكالات الإغاثة لا تزال تواصل تدخلاتها الإنسانية في الميدان رغم نقص التمويل والتحديات الأمنية والقيود المفروضة على الوصول، واحتجاز سلطات الأمر الواقع للعاملين في المجال الإنساني.

وأوضحت أن الدعم المقدم من المانحين أسهم في التصدي للجوع والمرض والحرمان، وتوفير خدمات تشمل الحماية والتعليم والمأوى والمياه والصحة، مشيدة بدور المنظمات المحلية والمجتمع المدني في تقديم الاستجابة، خصوصًا في المناطق النائية.

ودعت المنظمات المانحين الدوليين إلى زيادة التمويل الطارئ والمرن والمستدام لخطة الاستجابة الإنسانية، محذّرة من فقدان المكاسب المحققة على مدار السنوات الماضية، والتي أسهمت في تجنيب اليمن المجاعة وتقليل المعاناة.

وطالبت المجتمع الدولي باغتنام فرصة انعقاد الاجتماع السابع لكبار مسؤولي العمل الإنساني لدعم جهود التعافي في اليمن، مشددة على أهمية تعزيز التمويل الإنمائي إلى جانب الإنساني، بما يضمن توفير الخدمات الأساسية وسبل العيش وفرص اقتصادية للفئات الأشد ضعفًا.

وأكد البيان أن إنهاء النزاع هو السبيل الوحيد لإنهاء المأساة الإنسانية، داعيًا إلى حماية المدنيين وضمان احترام القانون الدولي الإنساني، وضمان وصول المساعدات دون عوائق.

واختمت المنظمات نداءها بالتأكيد على أن الدعم العاجل والمنسق بات ضرورة قصوى لمنع انزلاق اليمن إلى مزيد من الانهيار، والمساهمة في دفعه نحو التعافي والسلام.
